We retain your booking data for 12 months after your appointment for service continuity and legal compliance. After this period, your data is automatically deleted unless you have made additional bookings.

- The salon/business where you booked - they need your contact information to provide the service
- Service providers (email, SMS) - only to send you communications you requested
